DC Charging Pile Comprehensive Test System

AC Charging Pile Comprehensive Test System

Charging Gun Insertion/Extraction and Locking Test Device

Cable Bending Load Test Device

Used for cable bending life tests of products like charging guns. Conducts 20,000 cycles of bending tests on charging gun cables according to standards GB/T 20234.1 and GB/T11918.1 to verify the mechanical life of the gun cables.

Walk-in Environmental Test Chamber

Chongqing Yinhe 55m³ large walk-in environmental test chamber, applicable for high-low temperature and humidity tests on products such as whole vehicles, charging piles, automation equipment, and electronic components. Temperature range: -60°C to +100°C. Humidity range: 20% to 95% RH.

Walk-in Dustproof Test Chamber

13m³ walk-in dustproof test chamber used for testing the dustproof performance of various electronic and electrical products. Test range: IP5X-IP6X, sample rack load capacity 2000kg.

Electrodynamic Vibration Test System

Used for sinusoidal vibration tests, typical impact tests, and random vibration tests on various products. Simulates actual transportation conditions to evaluate product structural strength. Rated thrust 2200 kgf, impact thrust 4400 kgf, rated acceleration 981 m/s², rated frequency range 2 to 3000 Hz, rated displacement 51 mm (p-p).

Composite Salt Spray Test Chamber

Used for corrosion tests simulating marine environments on materials and coatings of various products to evaluate their corrosion resistance. Temperature range: 20 to 60°C, humidity range: 20% to 98% RH.

Electromagnetic Compatibility Laboratory

Equipped with Swiss TESEQ EMC testing equipment including electrostatic discharge test systems, radio frequency conducted test systems, surge (lightning) immunity test systems, electrical fast transient/burst immunity test systems, power frequency magnetic field test systems, damped oscillatory wave immunity test systems, harmonic and flicker test systems, conducted immunity test systems, etc. It provides one-stop EMC testing services for clients.

Harmonic and Flicker Test System

90kVA Swiss TESEQ harmonic and flicker test system integrates EMC tests including voltage dips, short interruptions and voltage variations, voltage fluctuations and flicker, harmonic currents, etc. It meets both ≤16A small current tests and ≤75A large current tests simultaneously.

Surge (Impulse) Immunity Test System

Simulates transient high voltage or high current generated by lightning strikes. Source port open-circuit voltage: 0 to 6 kV; source port short-circuit current: 0 to 3 kA; open-circuit voltage waveform (1.2/50 µs, 10/700 µs); short-circuit current waveform (8/20 µs, 5/320 µs).

Electrical Fast Transient/Burst Immunity Test System

Simulates transient pulse disturbances caused by sudden switch disconnections to evaluate a product's immunity to electrical fast transient/bursts. Pulse voltage: ±200 V to 4.8 kV, pulse current: ±100 A to 2.4 kA.

Power Frequency Magnetic Field Immunity Test System

Used to test a product's immunity to power frequency magnetic fields. Power frequency magnetic field up to 100 A/m, short-term up to 1000 A/m, pulse magnetic field up to 1000 A/m.

Material Analysis Laboratory

Equipped with advanced instruments such as X-ray coating thickness gauges and direct-reading optical emission spectrometers. Relying on advanced testing technology, rich practical experience, and profound professional knowledge, and strictly adhering to market norms and various regulatory standards, it provides comprehensive material analysis and testing services for clients.

Direct-Reading Optical Emission Spectrometer

Used for metal composition analysis. Employs CMOS detector full-spectrum testing technology to test all spectral lines within the covered wavelength range, comprehensively testing elements in ferrous and non-ferrous metal materials. Can analyze various elemental compositions in base materials such as Fe (iron), Al (aluminum), Cu (copper), Zn (zinc), Ni (nickel), Mg (magnesium), Co (cobalt), etc.

X-Ray Coating Thickness Gauge

Used for measuring the thickness of electroplated coatings. Measurement thickness can be as low as 1 nm and up to 1.8 mm, with angstrom-level resolution. Non-contact, non-destructive, rapid measurement.
