On September 17, 2025, the "Zero Carbon Logistics Ecological Alliance" closed-door seminar, hosted by Jinguan Stock (stock code: 300510), was successfully held in Nanjing. Jinguan Stock, in collaboration with over twenty leading enterprises in the industry chain - encompassing diverse entities such as supply and transportation platforms, logistics companies, heavy-duty truck manufacturers, financial institutions, charging operators, and integrated transportation and charging investors - jointly initiated the establishment of the "Zero Carbon Logistics Ecological Alliance". The alliance is committed to building a new ecosystem of industrial collaboration, creating a fully closed-loop service capability for electric logistics, promoting the green and low-carbon transformation of the logistics industry, and jointly drawing a new blueprint for zero-carbon logistics.

PART 01

Co-building a New Ecosystem of Zero-Carbon Logistics Services

"We firmly believe that zero-carbon is the inevitable future of logistics. Only through open collaboration, technology empowerment, and financial support can we build an efficient, green, and sustainable new ecosystem." In his welcome speech, Zhang Rongji, President of Jinguan Corporation, elaborated on the company's strategic goals, visions, and firm determination to jointly build an industry ecosystem with its industrial chain partners.

In terms of platform services, Wang Qingquan, co-founder of Niukafu Technology and vice president of supply side, proposed three core elements: "understanding logistics, controlling transportation capacity, and having stations". He advocated promoting the conversion from electric vehicles to trucks through a dual-track model of "dedicated lines + public networks", and leveraging energy network layout and driver fixed-point consumption mechanisms to enhance the utilization rate of charging stations and shorten the payback period. Sun Lepeng, general manager of B-end business at Yunkuai Charge, introduced an enterprise energy management platform tailored for logistics scenarios, highlighting the launch of a smart brain solution for the green corridor of new energy heavy-duty trucks. Yang Hongyuan, co-founder of Electric Logistics World, pointed out that the electrification of road freight transportation has reached a turning point. The electrification of scenarios such as express delivery, less-than-truckload, agriculture, and animal husbandry has already begun. The feasible path for promoting the electrification of road freight transportation is to start with regionalization and then achieve scale.

In terms of integrated operation and charging, Yang Li, Deputy General Manager of Yellow River Shanxi Industry and Chairman and General Manager of Shanghai Jinxi Energy Technology introduced the company's business layout focusing on the green transportation operation of mines, and explored the business model of green transportation in four aspects: microgrid, operation service, equipment and financial support, as well as extended market. Wang Ling, Director of Channel Sales for XCMG New Energy shared multi-scenario new energy engineering vehicles and complete solutions, as well as a one-stop service model through "purchase + finance + charging and swapping + leasing + transportation". Wang Jinyu, Marketing Director of Beijing Microgrid Tonglian Heavy-Duty Truck focused on the "Smart Yard" integrated service and one-stop operation management model, aiming to improve fleet operation efficiency and optimize management processes.

In terms of financial support, Gai Qiyun, General Manager of the North Region of Haitong Hengyun leverages his background in securities and financing leasing capabilities to provide comprehensive financial services encompassing "vehicle ecosystem + new energy charging", covering the full lifecycle needs of new energy heavy-duty trucks from construction to operation. He ensures fund security with an "investment banking-style" risk control approach, addressing the financial pressure faced by fleets in equipment procurement and charging facility construction. Furthermore, Sun Lepeng, General Manager of Cloud Express's B-end business, has proposed the RWA model, transforming fixed assets such as charging stations into assessable and fundable assets, further enhancing the closed-loop financial support services.

In the field of energy replenishment, Lin Lianghuang, Executive Deputy General Manager of the Digital Energy Business Department at Jinguan Stock focused on the upgrading of energy replenishment in the context of the electrification trend of heavy-duty trucks. He integrated the charging network and financial services through the "vehicle-station-grid-finance" ecosystem, enhancing the efficiency and economy of energy replenishment. Lin Xiaodong, Chairman of Yidian Bangke provided a detailed introduction to the digital and intelligent operation platform for charging new energy heavy-duty trucks. Through functions such as V2G, virtual power plants, and microgrid dispatching, it supports fleets to participate in the electricity market and obtain additional income. Zhang Shuxiang, Assistant General Manager of Jiangsu Guanhua New Energy added the mobile energy storage vehicle as a flexible energy replenishment solution, which can be applied to scenarios such as emergency energy replenishment, peak shaving, and green electricity consumption, further enriching the diversity of energy replenishment scenarios.

Operation-charging-data-financing innovative model

PART 02

Build a complete closed loop for zero-carbon logistics

The Zero Carbon Logistics Eco-Alliance integrates resources from various parties, including freight supply and transportation platforms, logistics enterprises, financial institutions, complete vehicle manufacturers, charging pile enterprises, charging operation platforms, and investors, to build a collaborative development ecosystem of "transportation-charging-data-finance". It provides full lifecycle services and closed-loop solutions covering transportation services, vehicle procurement, financial support, energy supply, and operation management, jointly promoting the industry's upgrade from single-point breakthroughs to a comprehensive ecological closed loop.

During the conference, all member units voted to elect the first committee of the "Zero-Carbon Logistics Ecological Alliance", jointly signed the "Declaration of the Zero-Carbon Logistics Ecological Alliance", and committed to open collaboration, innovation-driven development, preferred cooperation, and value co-creation. They jointly promoted the joint construction of infrastructure, data value sharing, and green financial innovation, and worked together to build an efficient, sustainable, and win-win new ecosystem for new energy heavy-duty truck logistics, helping China's logistics industry move towards a new stage of green and intelligent development.
