Recently, the Shaoxing Yuechi heavy-duty truck charging station, which was constructed with the assistance of Nanjing Nengrui, has officially been put into operation. This station precisely targets the mileage anxiety, efficiency bottlenecks, and cost pain points in heavy-duty truck operations. It injects efficient recharging power into Shaoxing's busy "logistics corridor" and provides a replicable demonstration sample for the electrification transformation of the heavy-duty truck industry, becoming a key infrastructure for promoting the green and low-carbon transformation of regional transportation.

The Shaoxing Yuechi Heavy-Duty Truck Charging Station is located at the intersection of the Shaoxing Free Trade Zone and the Lingang Industrial Park, adjacent to the Hangzhou Bay Binhai New Area and just 3 kilometers away from the Hangzhou-Ningbo Expressway exit. It serves as an important hub for serving Shaoxing, connecting with Ningbo Zhoushan Port, and radiating to the inland logistics corridor of central Zhejiang. As the "energy hub" of regional logistics, this station can provide energy replenishment services for 14 heavy-duty trucks simultaneously. Currently, the station has been serving the largest new energy logistics fleet in the Shaoxing area, which is under the umbrella of Shaoxing YueNeng Logistics. While ensuring the efficient operation of the local flagship logistics fleet, it is also open to public vehicles, fully supporting the construction of a regional green transportation network

Rapid charging: Depart with a full charge in 30 minutes, enhancing transportation capacity

In response to the operational characteristics of heavy-duty trucks on logistics trunk lines, which involve high frequency, heavy load, and all-weather operations, Nanjing Nengrui has deployed a high-power fast charging solution within the station, with a total of 22 fast charging terminals and a total power of 2160kW.

The core equipment in the heavy-duty truck fast-charging area includes one set of 960kW split-type DC charging stack system, three sets of 400kW integrated DC chargers, one 1250kVA transformer, and one 1000kVA transformer. The split-type 960kW high-power DC charging pile independently developed by Nanjing Nengrui is compatible with a wide voltage range of 50-1000V. It boasts a maximum charging power of 500kW with dual-gun charging and can provide a range of 200 kilometers for heavy-duty trucks after 30 minutes of charging. It is compatible with multiple vehicle models and automatically adjusts power according to the vehicle's needs, boosting overall operational efficiency by 30%. The integrated DC single pile, equipped with dual guns and high-efficiency charging modules, supports simultaneous output at 600A ultra-high current from both guns, enhancing charging conversion efficiency by over 1.5% and effectively reducing power loss. The system also employs triple high-reliability design to effectively reduce heating of the charging guns, enhance safety and operational efficiency, achieve intelligent group control and dynamic power allocation, and completely alleviate users' "charging anxiety". In the future, it can be expanded to include a photovoltaic, energy storage, charging, and discharging microgrid, achieving better returns throughout the entire lifecycle.

Digital Intelligence Empowerment: Efficient Platform Collaboration to Enhance Operational Efficiency

To ensure the stable and efficient operation of charging piles, Nanjing Nengrui has deployed a comprehensive charging operation platform for the station, which integrates intelligent monitoring, data analysis, remote control, and operation and maintenance management. This platform can collect real-time operational data, implement load forecasting, dynamic scheduling, and fault warning based on AI algorithms, intelligently allocate power resources during peak hours, optimize charging order, and effectively alleviate congestion. At the same time, it supports multiple operator access and multiple payment methods. Through the user-end APP and operation backend, it helps the station manage charging demand efficiently, improves operational efficiency, and reduces maintenance costs.
