YBM-12 Prefabricated Box-Type Substation

The YBM pre-fabricated substation is designed by Jinguan Co., Ltd. specifically for 10~35/0.4kV systems with a capacity of less than 1600kVA. Its core function is to efficiently convert 12~35kV voltage to 0.4kV, meeting diverse power needs. This substation integrates high-voltage switchgear, transformers, and low-voltage switchgear, and is fully assembled before leaving the factory, significantly shortening the installation cycle. The product supports both ring network power supply and radial terminal power supply, offering high flexibility. It also meets the requirements of State Grid standardization customization schemes, with unified dimensions and configurations, facilitating operation and maintenance management and enabling universal interchangeability between equipment from different manufacturers, reducing maintenance costs. It offers three options: standard, compact, and alternative, with consistent metal and non-metal enclosure appearances, ensuring the standardization and overall interchangeability of the entire prefabricated substation system.
