With the advancement of the "rural revitalization" and "dual carbon" strategies, and facing the practical contradictions of scattered charging demand in counties and towns, as well as low return on investment for traditional centralized power stations, Ant Station directly addresses these pain points through lightweight infrastructure and innovative business models. "Ant Station" precisely adapts to typical scenarios such as along county and provincial highways, rural public parking lots, centralized new rural areas, and areas with weak power grids, providing a variety of charging products and solutions covering both DC and AC. This model features small investment, short payback period, and stable investment. By establishing distributed new power nodes in township areas that are chargeable, capable of charging, and able to charge well, it effectively supports the construction of a nationwide township charging network. As the Ant Charging network takes shape, its scale effect will further highlight its market value, jointly promoting the promotion of new energy vehicles to rural areas and sustainable rural development.

02 Heavy-duty Truck Electrification:Full-scenario Supercharging Technology Addresses Industry Pain Points

Driven by the dual-wheel strategy of "dual carbon" and policy dividends, the new energy heavy-duty truck market has experienced explosive growth - with nationwide sales reaching 79,710 units from January to June 2025, and the penetration rate exceeding 26.03% in June. The iteration of high-power charging technology is accelerating the extension of new energy heavy-duty truck application scenarios from urban distribution to short-haul transportation and trunk logistics. However, high acquisition costs, low energy replenishment efficiency, and range anxiety remain core challenges that restrict the scale of the industry.

In response to the aforementioned challenges, Mao Jiajun, the head of the commercial vehicle business at Jinguan, shared the planning and blueprint for the heavy-duty truck energy replenishment sector. Leveraging its self-developed high-power liquid-cooled supercharging technology and intelligent operation and maintenance system, Jinguan has established a supercharging matrix covering all scenarios: including supercharging piles and megawatt-scale charging systems designed for urban transportation, short-haul scenarios, and trunk logistics. This system can provide customized energy replenishment network planning for high-intensity scenarios such as port logistics and mining transportation, significantly enhancing operational efficiency and becoming a key support for the electrification transformation of heavy-duty trucks.

In addition, Jinguan Corporation will collaborate with Niukafu Technology, a national high-tech enterprise, to jointly deploy the commercial vehicle charging network in Guangdong based on its leading AI+ logistics service platform and digital capabilities in the road logistics ecosystem. Through technological integration and complementary resources, both parties will jointly empower their partners and accelerate the green and intelligent upgrading of the logistics industry.

03Intelligent AI Microgrid Platform:The Core Engine for Charging Station Operation Upgrade

The microgrid platform serving smart charging has become the core engine for the operational upgrade of charging stations. Guangzhou Guanrui Digital Intelligent New Energy, a subsidiary of Jinguan Corporation, utilizes a cloud-edge collaborative architecture and AI large model as the technical foundation to build a photovoltaic (PV), energy storage, and charging microgrid system based on smart charging scenarios. On the basis of adapting to the traditional peak-valley electricity price difference for revenue generation, it achieves three major values through self-developed algorithms: "coordination between charging and discharging operations and microgrid dispatching", "microgrid dispatching based on charging load characteristics", and "business innovation based on vehicle-grid interaction". During the signing ceremony, Zhanjiang Jinfu Automobile Sales Co., Ltd. and Shanwei Xindong Smart Energy Technology Development Co., Ltd. respectively signed agreements with Nanjing Nengrui, a subsidiary of Jinguan Stock, regarding the construction of Ant Charging Stations. The first batch of projects has officially been implemented in the core logistics hub of the Pearl River Delta, marking the completion of the closed-loop business model for "Ant Charging Stations".

Meanwhile, Guangdong Yueneng Digital and Intelligent Power Technology Co., Ltd. and Guangzhou Guanrui Digital and Intelligent New Energy Co., Ltd. officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement on digital platforms. The signing of this cooperation agreement, which focuses on the virtual power plant project, holds significant strategic importance, marking the accelerated advancement of the collaborative ecosystem construction of digital platforms.
