From June 25th to 27th, the 2025 Rural Energy Development Conference and Clean Energy Equipment Exhibition, hosted by the China Energy Research Society, was grandly held in Hangzhou. As a grand event in China that fully focuses on "empowering the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas through clean energy production and utilization at the county level", the conference gathered numerous representatives from government departments, industry associations, scientific research institutions, and enterprises to jointly explore new ideas, technologies, and opportunities for rural energy transformation, county-level energy development, and energy empowerment for the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas. Jinguan Corporation (stock code: 300510), as an industry demonstration enterprise, was invited to participate. Lin Lianghuang, General Manager of Jinguan Corporation's Digital Energy Business Department, delivered a keynote speech titled "‘Little Ants, Big Future’ - Jinguan Corporation Empowers New Energy Vehicles to Go to the Countryside", which attracted much attention.

01 Addressing the Three Major Pain Points of Charging in Townships
China's automotive industry has fully entered the era of new energy. By 2025, the sales volume of new energy vehicles in China is expected to exceed 16 million units, with a total stock of nearly 50 million units. Driven by the dual goals of "carbon peaking and neutrality" and the rural revitalization strategy, new energy vehicles are accelerating into the fast lane in rural areas, and the rapid growth is driving a surge in demand for charging infrastructure. At the same time, the "dual high" development of new energy vehicles and new energy power generation is promoting the construction of a new energy-transportation integration power system centered around charging grids, microgrids, and virtual power plants.
However, the township charging industry still faces three core challenges: difficulty in geographical coverage, difficulty in investment recovery, and low service efficiency. In response to this situation, Jinguan Corporation proposes: "Building a lightweight and intelligent charging and swapping network tailored to rural scenarios is the key to activating the new energy market in county areas."

Relying on its state-owned capital holding background and intelligent manufacturing advantages, Jinguan Corporation actively responds to the national policy direction of "full coverage of charging piles in every township". By empowering rural energy transformation through smart charging scenario solutions, it helps to address the shortcomings of rural infrastructure, activates the green momentum of county-level economy, and creates a new eco-system for green travel.
02 "Ant Station" Cracks the Puzzle of Penetrating into Lower-tier Markets;
Addressing the common pain points faced by township operators, such as high single-station investment and equipment costs, Jinguan Corporation introduced the "Ant Station" model at the conference. This model is tailored to typical scenarios along county and provincial highways, rural public parking lots, centralized new rural public places, and areas with weak power grids. It provides a range of charging products and solutions covering both DC and AC, fully supporting the high-quality and sustainable development of rural charging networks.
The plan adopts a "high-voltage-free supporting" design to reduce the overall investment and construction cost, and deeply integrates new power system technology: by integrating energy storage and charging pile data through a microgrid management system, relying on virtual power plant technology to transform decentralized charging facilities into grid-dispatchable resources, thus achieving regional energy autonomy. "Electric vehicles are both energy consumers and providers", and "Ant Station" is precisely this kind of micro-hub where transportation and energy are integrated.

03 Partners collaborate to build an ecosystem and accelerate expansion to lower-tier markets
To accelerate the implementation of the "Ant Station" program, Jinguan Corporation has launched a supporting partnership model: in terms of channel expansion, it develops a dealer network on a district or county basis, deeply covering high-frequency scenarios such as community charging and retail stations; in terms of financial collaboration, it collaborates with operators and investors to build an "investment and co-construction" ecosystem, achieving risk sharing and revenue sharing; in terms of service support, it provides one-stop services covering the entire lifecycle of site selection, construction, and operation and maintenance. This model anchors long-term revenue expectations through a long-term contract mechanism, significantly reducing the initial investment and operational risks for partners, ultimately empowering regional partners to grow into township "transportation and energy integration" comprehensive service operators, achieving sustainable and win-win results.
04 Little ants leverage the green future of rural areas
With the deepening implementation of the comprehensive rural revitalization plan, Jinguan Corporation will leverage the "Ant Station" as a fulcrum to promote the construction of renewable and highly flexible power systems in county areas, facilitating deep synergy between the "dual carbon" goals and the rural revitalization strategy. "Enabling more towns and villages to have intelligent and sustainable transportation energy networks is our best practice for 'bringing new productive forces to the countryside,'" Lin Lianghuang envisioned at the end of his speech - this energy revolution driven by "little ants" is injecting green momentum into the great future of rural areas.
